Dick Boyer brings over 25 years of hands-on race engine building experience and high-level performance aftermarket leadership to P1 Manufacturing. Having managed manufacturing operations and outside sales teams for nearly two decades, Dick understands the precise demands and challenges engine builders face nationwide.

Sterling Longwith joined P1 Manufacturing in its early days after stopping by the clean, modern shop floor while working nearby. Sterling oversees the high-stakes CH3 NO2 (Top Fuel Nitromethane) block program, custom stud production, robotics, and shop fabrication.

Brayton Clark's path to P1 Manufacturing is built on hands-on mechanical expertise and military discipline. After high school, Brayton earned his ASE certification as a mechanic before serving four years in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman. Upon returning home, his passion for performance vehicle manufacturing brought him straight to P1.

Matt Sampietro grew up immersed in motorsports - racing alongside his grandfather and working as a crew member for Top Fuel, Pro Mod, and grassroots race teams. Having started his professional career as a machine operator and serving for four years as P1's CNC Centerless Grinding Lead, Matt seamlessly combines practical shop-floor knowledge with real-world track experience.

Introduced to P1 Manufacturing through a college professor, Isaac Mabe reached out for an internship, took a tour of the facility, and was immediately hooked. Over the past two years, he has established himself as an integral dual-role team member in both Product Development and Quality Control.
