3D CAD/CAM
As a comprehensive in-house capability, we model and manufacture all parts using 3D CAD-CAM.
METROLOGY LAB
In-house metrology lab with part verification in a fully climate-controlled environment.
METALLURGY LAB
Full-spectrum metallography testing including spectroscopy and microstructure/grain analysis, as well as hardness, micro-hardness, tension, and fatigue testing.
SUB-MICRON MULTI-AXIS CNC
Sub-micron tolerance CNC machining, simultaneous 5-axis machining. 5-axis mill-turn operations.
COLD FORGING
Large format cold forming with up to 6 forming die capacity, heated wire, warm forming operations at full machine speeds. Up to 22mm maximum wire size and part lengths from 10mm to 300mm.
HOT FORGING
Automatic hot forming with short and long part capacity at a range of diameters with precision heat control.
TOOLROOM CAPABILITIES
CNC Sinker EDM, multi-Axis CNC wire EDM, manual and CNC milling, manual and CNC lathe operations, surface grinding, hobbing press, multi-axis waterjet, and complete fabrication shop.
VACCUM HEAT TREATING
On-premise heat treat processing in state-of-the-art equipment. High-pressure vacuum quench, vacuum-oil quench, cryo-treatment, and surface hardening done in-house.
SECOND OPERATIONS
CNC Swiss Turning, Fully Automated Lathe Operations, CNC Centerless Grinding, Fillet Rolling, Warm Thread Rolling, Dual Disc Grinding, Laser Marking, etc.
