Driven by increased demand in both high-performance automotive markets and aerospace, the company has aggressively invested in new CNC machining, advanced forging equipment and precision thread rolling machinery.

This investment increases capacity and paves the way for an exciting new product line launching later this summer. By expanding its capabilities, P1 Manufacturing reinforces its position as a fully vertically integrated partner capable of maintaining strict quality control, reducing lead times and scaling next-generation product lines entirely in-house.

Key Infrastructure Upgrades:

• Secondary Operations: P1 has expanded its secondary machining department with four new Takamaz CNC turning centers. Equipped with integrated chip conveyor systems for continuous production, these machines radically improve throughput and cut lead times.

  
  

• Forging Department: The company has added three new Titan Vertical Forging Presses. This expands P1’s hot forging footprint, optimizing internal manufacturing flow and providing the foundation to manufacture the upcoming product line without sacrificing quality standards.

  
  

• Thread Rolling Technology: P1 has scaled its thread forming operations by adding multiple Waterbury flat die thread rolling machines. These increase production capacity for precision-rolled external threads while keeping critical operations under one roof.
