Matt Sampietro grew up immersed in motorsports - racing alongside his grandfather and working as a crew member for Top Fuel, Pro Mod, and grassroots race teams. Having started his professional career as a machine operator and serving for four years as P1's CNC Centerless Grinding Lead, Matt seamlessly combines practical shop-floor knowledge with real-world track experience.
